White House: U.S. Targets Narco-Terror Hubs, Venezuela in Focus

Steven Miller of the White House says narco-trafficking and narco-terror groups in Venezuela are operating like ISIS in the Western Hemisphere. The administration calls for aggressive action against cartels, warns of more federal layoffs if the shutdown continues, and says narcotics networks control territory, financing violence and trafficking.
