Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl? “Maybe”

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell left fans buzzing with anticipation when he suggested that Taylor Swift could perform the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, calling her a “special talent” and confirming she would always be welcome at the NFL’s marquee event.

When asked if any discussions were underway, Goodell offered only a playful “maybe,” sparking excitement among Swifties and football fans alike. Swift, who recently became engaged to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has been a frequent presence at Chiefs games and has attended the past two Super Bowls.

She also recently announced her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, set to release on October 3, adding to the momentum around her potential Super Bowl appearance.

Given the massive audiences drawn by previous halftime performers like Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga, a Swift-led halftime show could become one of the most-watched in history.
