Surf Dogs Ride Waves for Charity in Del Mar

In Del Mar, California, surfing took a delightful turn as over 50 dogs participated in the 20th annual Surf Dog Surf-a-Thon on Sunday, September 7.

The event, organized to raise funds for the Helen Woodward Animal Center, saw pooches of all sizes riding waves alongside their enthusiastic owners while pet parents cheered and captured every exciting moment.

A dog named Faith took home the top prize, but every dog contributed to the larger goal of supporting animal welfare.
