Musk To Pull Back Political Funding, Says He’s Done Enough
During a live video address at Bloomberg’s Qatar Economic Forum, Elon Musk announced he will sharply reduce his political contributions, stating he currently sees no need for further spending despite his history of backing US President Donald Trump and Republicans last year.
He also revealed he’s trimmed his unofficial government efficiency role to just two days per week.
Addressing concerns over Tesla’s brand damage and protests at dealerships, Musk highlighted a rebound in global sales and celebrated Tesla’s restored market capitalization above $1 trillion, suggesting the company’s momentum remains strong despite political controversies.
