“Lilo & Stitch” Leads Summer Box Office for Third Week
Disney’s live-action “Lilo & Stitch” topped the North American box office for a third straight week, earning $32.5 million and pushing its domestic total to $335.8 million, with global earnings exceeding $436 million.
Lionsgate’s “Ballerina,” a “John Wick” spinoff starring Ana de Armas, debuted second with $25 million.
Tom Cruise’s “Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning” took third, while Sony’s “Karate Kid: Legends” and Warner Bros.’ “Final Destination: Bloodlines” rounded out the top five.
