12 Stadiums, 32 Teams: Inside the 2025 Club World Cup in the U.S.
The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is set to be the largest in the tournament’s history, featuring 32 clubs from around the world and taking place across 12 stadiums in the United States from June 15 to July 13.
The final will be hosted at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, a venue that seats 82,500 and has previously staged major events like the Copa América Centenario final in 2016 and is scheduled to host the 2026 World Cup final.
In addition to MetLife, matches will be played in iconic NFL and MLS stadiums located in Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), Miami (Hard Rock Stadium), Seattle (Lumen Field), Los Angeles (Rose Bowl), Orlando (Inter&Co Stadium and Camping World Stadium), Charlotte (Bank of America Stadium), Philadelphia (Lincoln Financial Field), Washington, D.C. (Audi Field), Nashville (GEODIS Park), and Cincinnati (TQL Stadium).
The tournament will feature eight groups of four teams each, with the top two advancing to a single-elimination knockout stage from the Round of 16 through to the final. The 2025 edition will serve as a major logistical and fan-engagement test ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, also to be held in North America.
