Elon Musk Declares War on US Two-Party System with New “America Party”

Elon Musk has officially launched the “America Party,” marking a dramatic split from former ally President Donald Trump.
 
The move follows Musk’s fierce opposition to Trump’s recently passed multitrillion-dollar domestic spending bill, which he claims will bankrupt the nation.
 
Once a top donor and adviser in Trump’s administration, Musk now accuses both Republicans and Democrats of fueling what he calls “debt slavery”.
 
Trump dismissed the idea of a third party as “ridiculous,” warning it will only bring chaos. While Musk has yet to formally register the party, he promises it will become a political force in the 2026 midterms.
