Court Questions Deportation of 2-Year-Old US Citizen

A two-year-old American girl, identified as VML, was deported to Honduras alongside her undocumented mother, sparking major legal concerns.

Federal Judge Terry Doughty questioned whether the Trump administration violated the child’s rights by removing her without proper legal procedures.

While the administration claimed the mother requested her daughter’s deportation, the court noted there’s no proof of that consent.
