White House Registers “aliens.gov”—Is Something Out There?
The Executive Office of the President has registered a new domain, “aliens.gov,” without providing any public explanation or launching a website. The domain registration was flagged shortly after it appeared, drawing attention due to its timing.
The move comes weeks after President Donald Trump said he would direct federal agencies to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files related to alien life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and UFOs.
The Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), which investigates UAP cases, currently has more than 2,000 active investigations. Despite ongoing research, no US government inquiry has confirmed the existence of extraterrestrial technology or life.
Experts have said that any future document release is unlikely to include major new findings. However, the registration of a government domain linked to the topic has raised questions about how such information, if released, might be presented.
As of now, the website remains inactive, and US authorities have not commented on its purpose or whether it will be used as part of a future disclosure effort.
