Trump Outlines What He Calls a Restoration of American Strength
President Donald Trump outlined what he described as a restoration of American strength during his State of the Union address.
He said eight global conflicts ended in under a year and claimed Iran’s nuclear program was obliterated. The President also stated that NATO allies now contribute 5 percent of GDP toward defense spending and that drug cartels have been labeled foreign terrorist organizations.
Trump concluded by vowing to pursue peace through strength, backed by what he called the world’s strongest military.
