New developments are emerging in Operation Epic Fury as the United States and Israel intensify military operations targeting Iran’s military infrastructure. According to the United States Central Command, allied forces now control large portions of Iran’s airspace while conducting ongoing strikes on missile launchers and strategic military facilities.

The United States Department of Defense confirmed additional waves of air and cyber operations aimed at degrading Iran’s missile capabilities, with more than a thousand sites reportedly struck since the campaign began.

Tensions escalated further after a U.S. submarine sank the Iranian warship IRIS Dena in international waters, prompting threats of retaliation from Tehran. Iranian-linked forces also struck a U.S.-connected oil tanker and issued warnings to Western shipping passing through the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.
