Own a Piece of Downton Abbey!

The world of Downton Abbey is opening its doors one final time as hundreds of costumes and props from the Emmy-winning series and films go under the hammer in a London auction.

Organized by Bonhams, the sale coincides with the release of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, the third and final film in the franchise, which hits cinemas on September 12.

Fans will have the chance to bid on more than 300 items that brought the Crawley estate to life, from sequined gowns worn by Lady Mary and Lady Violet to silver candelabras, handwritten menus, and the famous servant bell wall.

The star of the auction is the Crawley family’s 1925 Sunbeam 20/60 saloon car, valued at £25,000–£35,000, still fully functional and driven into the salesroom. Actor Penelope Wilton, who played Isobel Crawley, praised the event as a tribute to the costume designers and crew who made the show so memorable.

Proceeds from the auction will go to the children’s charity Together for Short Lives. With bidding open until September 16, this may be fans’ last chance to take home a tangible piece of television history.
