Netanyahu Signals Possible Iran Deal

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump about the possibility of reaching a deal with Iran as the conflict continues.

Netanyahu said Trump believes recent military operations by Israel and the United States could create an opportunity to achieve war objectives through a negotiated agreement that protects key national interests.

At the same time, Israel says it is continuing strikes targeting missile and nuclear infrastructure, as well as militant activity in Lebanon. Israeli officials say the campaign is aimed at weakening threats while maintaining leverage in any potential negotiations.
