Danny Danon Defends Joint Operation, Calls Out UN Official

Danny Danon, Israel’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, defended joint military action against Iran, warning that a nuclear-capable Iranian regime is a risk Israel will not tolerate. He described the operation as necessary to stop the threat rather than simply speak about it.

Danon directly called on Vanessa Frazier, the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict, urging her to fulfill her mandate by condemning what he described as an Iranian attack that killed Israeli children. He criticized what he characterized as premature accusations against Israel and stressed the global urgency of confronting the Iranian regime.

Danon reaffirmed that Israel will do whatever is necessary to protect its people and its borders.
