Angelina Jolie Could Reportedly Be the Latest Star to Leave America

Angelina Jolie is reportedly planning a major life change, with plans to sell her Los Angeles home and relocate overseas once her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, turn 18 next year.

The 50-year-old actress, known for her roles in Maleficent and Maria, has long expressed a desire to live abroad but was bound to Los Angeles due to custody arrangements with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt.

The couple finalized their divorce in December, clearing the way for Jolie’s next move. Her current residence, a 1913 mansion once owned by legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, was purchased in 2017 for $24.5 million and boasts six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and more than 11,000 square feet of living space.

Jolie and Pitt also shared Château Miraval in France, where they wed in 2014 after years of renting the estate.

While Jolie’s next destination has not been confirmed, reports suggest she is considering several locations abroad, driven by a desire for privacy, peace, and a different pace of life for her family. This move would place her among a growing list of celebrities leaving the United States amid shifting personal and cultural landscapes.
