A New Film Puts Melania Trump Center Stage
First Lady Melania Trump is making her film production debut with “MELANIA, the Movie,” a documentary chronicling the 20 days leading up to President Donald Trump’s 2025 inauguration and the family’s transition back into the White House.
The film, directed by the controversial Hollywood figure Brett Ratner—known for the “Rush Hour” franchise and past sexual assault allegations from 2017, though no charges were filed—is the inaugural project from Melania’s newly announced production company, Muse Films.
Promoted heavily by President Trump on social media as a “MUST WATCH” that is “Selling out, FAST!”, the documentary will have a simultaneous theatrical and streaming release on Amazon Prime on January 30, following a high-profile premiere at the renamed Trump-Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and a private White House screening hosted by the First Lady.
