82-Year-Old Library Book Finally Returned

A book borrowed from San Antonio Public Library in 1943 was returned 82 years later from Oregon. The guide, “Your Child, His Family, and Friends,” was borrowed by the borrower’s grandmother, who worked at the US Embassy in Mexico City. The library noted that fines were waived, and the book is in good condition. It will be displayed at the central library and later sold to benefit the library.
