Old Dominion University Faces Shooting Incident

A gunman opened fire inside Constant Hall at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, on March 12. One person was killed, and two ROTC members were critically injured. ROTC students intervened and subdued the attacker, who was later found dead. The FBI is investigating the incident as a potential act of terrorism.
