Luxury Dog Collars Debut in New York With Diamond Designs
A luxury hotel in New York has introduced a high-end experience designed specifically for pet owners seeking custom jewelry for their dogs.
The initiative, launched at the Baccarat Hotel in Manhattan, features handcrafted collars made from 18K gold and decorated with real diamonds.
The showcase included Bubba, a French bulldog who appeared wearing a diamond-encrusted collar and a tuxedo vest, drawing attention to the new offering. The experience is part of a partnership between the hotel and a New York-based jewelry brand specializing in custom dog accessories.
Each piece is created through a private consultation process, where clients can select materials, designs, and details based on their dog’s personality and lifestyle.
The consultation costs $1,000 and is credited toward final pieces, which start at $7,500.
Some designs include custom charms and elements inspired by the hotel’s signature style.
According to the brand, the concept combines craftsmanship with a focus on the bond between pets and their owners. The company also says that 10% of profits will be donated to no-kill animal shelters in New York City.
