Leavitt: Operation Epic Fury Aims to Destroy Iran’s Missile Capabilities

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt outlined the objectives of Operation Epic Fury, saying the mission remains focused on eliminating key threats posed by Iran.

According to Leavitt, the stated goals of the operation include destroying Iran’s ballistic missile capabilities, dismantling its missile industry, and ensuring that Iranian-backed groups can no longer destabilize the region.

She also emphasized that a central objective of the campaign is preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

Leavitt said President Donald Trump remains confident that the operation’s objectives will be achieved quickly.

“Moving forward, the stated objectives for Operation Epic Fury remain the same: destroy the terrorist regime’s ballistic missiles, raze their Iranian missile industry to the ground, ensure their terrorist proxies can no longer destabilize the region, and ensure that Iran never obtains a nuclear weapon,” Leavitt said.
