Danon Urges Lebanon to Stop Rocket Attacks

Danny Danon, Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, said Israel believes in diplomacy but warned that rocket attacks coming from Lebanon into Israel are unacceptable.

Danon called on Lebanese leaders to take action to prevent further attacks, saying the launches were meant to show support for the Iranian regime.

He added that Israel remains open to dialogue if the attacks are restrained, noting that Israeli officials have previously held productive discussions with the Lebanese government.
